General Rules

The Headmaster, Headmistress, Heads of Houses and teachers are the ONLY members who can deduct house points.

Heads of Houses deal with their House. Their job includes solving conflicts internally and working with other Heads when the conflict involves members from more than one House.

The Prefects from each house get a part of the site to monitor. The Head Boy and Girl coordinate all prefects and keep them in communication with each other.

Each offence will have a clearly defined, standard punishment. This way there will be no playing favourites. Staff members not obeying the rules risk being demoted.

Whenever a member has a problem, he or she goes to her/his Prefect or Head of House, who will either help or get the Headmaster or Headmistress involved.

Complaints about members of staff will be sent to the Headmistress or Headmaster and discreetly investigated without initially mentioning the complaining member to the staff member.

Common rooms and other passworded areas are passworded for a reason. Please respect that. If you go into a passworded area that you are not authorized to be in, such as the wrong common room, you will be punished for your actions.

Double posting is illegal.
